We will be holding Summer Camps for the first 3 weeks of August(Mon – Fri). Days of activities can include Archery, Night line, Navigation, Orienteering, Abseiling, Team building exercises and many more.
Week 1. 2nd – 6th Aug

Week 3 16th – 20th Aug
Hours of Activities are from 10am through until 4pm. If you need to drop your children earlier please let us know.
You can book singular or as many days as you like. Charges are £25 per person, per day. Group discounts are available, please ask for Peter.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How old does my child have to be to participate?
Your child will need to be at least 8 years old in order to participate in our Activity Camps.
Will my child need a packed lunch?
Yes. Your child will need to bring a packed lunch with them as food and drink will not be provided at the centre, although drinking water is available on site.
What should my child wear?
Your child will be taking part in outdoor activities so they should bring clothes they don’t mind getting dirty and preferably trainers for footwear. Appropriate clothing will be needed for various weather conditions.
Is previous experience necessary for some of your more specialised activities?
No previous experience is necessary. All our staff are fully qualified through UK National Governing Bodies and they will be able to make sure everyone is learning while having loads of fun!
Are children allowed mobile phones?
Yes children can bring mobile phones for emergency use and lunch time breaks. They should not be using their phones to play games throughout the day.
Will my child be safe?
Yes. The safety of the children in our care is of paramount importance to us. All of our activities have been fully risk assessed and we have a high staff to participant ratio (usually 1:8).
Are all of your staff DBS checked?
Yes, all staff working with your child will be DBS checked (Disclosure Barring Service).
Do you provide waterproof clothing?
We have a number of waterproof jackets and trousers on site, but cannot guarantee that we have enough for everyone. We recommend that all children attending bring a light rain jacket with them, just in case.
What if the weather is not suitable?
There’s no such thing! In the event of foul weather, we have a comprehensive list of rainy day activities.
I need to withdraw from the camp and have paid a deposit, will I get this back?
Once you have paid your deposit, it is unlikely that you will be reimbursed, unless it is re-claimable through your insurance company. Paying a deposit for a camp confirms your child’s place, meaning that plans are put in place, and sometimes other children are turned away because the camp is full, however we are aware that sometimes it is necessary for you to cancel your child’s trip due to unforeseen events or commitments. In this case, please speak directly with the team about your situation for more information.
